Dr. Liliana Gómez Fernández is an accomplished researcher and educator with a Ph.D. in Government and Public Management. She has research and consulting experience in economics, environmental topics, public policy, administration, urban development, planning, governance, and government, using mixed methods.

In addition to her extensive research and consulting background, Dr. Gómez Fernández is a dedicated teacher with experience leading both undergraduate and graduate courses in microeconomics, economic theory, methods, network analysis, public policy, and social development. She is currently applying her expertise to the field of data science, where she focuses on curriculum development.
