Academic Rigour, Integrity & Recognition
At Al-Ezz Academy, we prioritise academic excellence and authenticity.
Accreditation & Certificates
Non-Accredited, purposefully
Al-Ezz Academy is a private Islamic educational institution and not accredited by governmental educational bodies (such as a Ministry of Education or regional accrediting agency). This means our programs are not (yet) recognised as degree programs by secular universities. We have chosen this independent route to maintain our curricular freedom and fidelity to Islamic objectives. We can teach the subjects that matter most to our mission, without external pressures. It also allows us to keep tuition more affordable, and admissions open to a wider community.
Accreditation & Certificates
Comparable Standards
Lack of formal accreditation does not mean a lack of quality. On the contrary, our courses are designed and reviewed by PhD scholars and experienced educators. Our syllabus and assessments match typical university standards. Our Bachelor-level Islamic Studies content parallels what you’d learn in 4 years at a reputable Islamic university, combined with modules from a liberal arts degree. Â

Internal Examinations & Quality Assurance
All programs feature robust evaluations such as assignments, exams, presentations, and research projects. These are graded according to clear rubrics. Our Academic Board, comprising senior faculty, oversees the curriculum and quality of instruction. Student feedback is also continuously gathered to improve course delivery.

Certificates and Diplomas
Students who fulfill the requirements of their program will receive an official Al-Ezz Academy certificate. We offer different types of certifications depending on the program and level:
Each certificate is a handsome document that includes: your name, the program name, date of completion, the seal of Al-Ezz Academy, and signatures from our Founder/President (Sh. Mehmet Usta) and the Academic Dean. The certificate title will indicate the level (Diploma, etc.) and we also include a transcript of listing courses and grades upon request.Â
Diploma Certificate
For completing a Diploma program (typically 2 years of study).
Associate Certificate
For completing a 2-year track (where applicable).
Bachelor Equivalency Certificate
For completing our full flagship programs (~3-4 years). This acknowledges a comprehensive level of study, akin to an undergraduate degree, albeit non-accredited.
Specialisation Certificates
In future, we may offer post-graduate two-year specialisations. Graduates would receive a certificate indicating their advanced specialisation.
Course Completion Certificates
If you take individual courses (outside of a full program), you can receive certificates for those courses as well, which are stackable toward a larger credential if you enroll in a program later.

Academic Standards & Integrity
Regardless of accreditation, we hold academic integrity as paramount. Plagiarism, cheating, or dilution of content has no place at Al-Ezz. We uphold an Islamic ethic in scholarship; honesty, diligence, and respect for knowledge. Our assessments are structured fairly and our grading transparent. If you ever have concerns, our Academic Affairs office addresses them promptly. This is part of our amaana (trust) in delivering education.
What truly certifies our graduates is their capability and character. We aim for you to leave Al-Ezz Academy as a capable scholar, thinker, or professional who can demonstrate you’re learning through action whether you hold a government-recognised degree or not. The true testament to our academy’s worth will be seen in the contributions and integrity of our alumni.
